I’m not only train powerlifters and people in strength sport. I also train people in fighting, hockey, soccer and more. Here is Rasmus Bergström @rasmuskyokushinbergstrom who I’ve been training to get stronger together with his fighting coach @magnus70bergstrom. Next weekend he’s competing at the European Championship in Kyokushin Karate known as Knockout Karate. People are going to get knocked, bones will break, blood are going to flow.
